Intra-Articular Syaloset Injection versus Standard-Care Physiotherapy with NSAIDs for Primary Knee Osteoarthritis: A Multicenter Prospective Cohort Study

Findings will be disseminated via internal seminars/grand rounds at BMU and all 6 partner sites, with summary results published in the BMU institutional research bulletin. Final results will be shared with DGHS, BMRC, and DGDA as part of routine trial reporting, to inform national knee OA management practice. Findings will also be presented at an international rheumatology/orthopedic/PMR conference and submitted as a manuscript to a peer-reviewed international rheumatology/orthopedics journal. No working papers, NGO-specific dissemination, international-agency sharing, or standalone policy briefs are planned.
